GERMANS' TRAGIC MISTAKE.
FIRE ON OWN REGIMENTS. Received Friday, 9 p.m. Paris, Taursday. A Saxon officer admits the German artillery near Malines annihilated a Prussian regiment, mistaking it for Frencn infantry; also near a frontier village two battalions of the Twentyeighth German infantry, mistook one another for Frencb, and shot down every man.
