KEEPING UP THE SUPPLY. Received this day, 32.5 a.m. London, Thursday. Among the fictions circulated in Germany is that the situation before Paris is wholly favourable for the German army. A correspondent assures the truth of Mr John Burns' speech made, it says, at one of many public meetings. The same authority adds "the Lord Mayor of London opposes the war."
