SERVIANS REPULSE AUSTRIANS.
MANY GUNS CAPTURED. Received this day, 9.30 a.m. Nish, Tuesday. Ninety-iix thousand Austrians attempted to cross the Drina near Racha. They temporarily succeeded, but were finally repulsed by bayonet charges, leaving a howitzer batter, a field battery, and six machine guns. The Seventy-ninth Regiment lost 3000, and further casualties totalled 10,000.
