EVACUATION OF AMIENS.
| A SUDDEN EXODUS. Received this day, 9.10 a.m. Paris, Tuesday. The Germans seemed determined to hold Amiens until the very last. A force of 10,000 arrived last week and dug trenches outside. The exodus to the" north-east suddenly began on Friday. The bcttle had evidently gone against them. Soon afterwards twentv-four French Cuirraseura galloped into Amiens, the enthusiastic inhabitants unfurling flags and decorating the houses.
