OPERATING ON WAR NEWS London, Tuesday Mr T. P. O'Connor, speaking in the House of Commons, asked the Postmaster General whether he was aware that thousands of pounds were being wast" 'ng to the system of censorhip. He asserted that messages are being censored three times in London, three times in Watervillee, and three times on the other side of the Atlantic. He requested that the function of censorship should be performed by trained journalists The Poßtmaster-General replied that the War Office, and not the Post Office, controlled the censorship
