A rapid increase in the membership of the National Provident Fur.d followed the lecture propaganda undertaken last year, the third annual report of the Provident fund Board showing that the contributors totalled 5791, and their contributions £22,719 per annum, as against 2660 and £ll,726 twelve months prior to the close of the year.
