Mrs Norton has been granted a writ of attachment against John Norton for disobeying an order to yield custody of the child. The applicant stated respondent refused to give up tho child, saying the child was at present in Queensland. They had taken passages under assumed names for Europe, and had only taken tho child away to torture deponent. The judge ordered the Sheriff to bring respondent before the Court. Tho officer reported he had searched the house, the Truth office, and other places, bnfc was unable to iind Norton*
