WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OP SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE i 3 hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waitomo County Council, held on the 20th day of July, 1914, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Me*ting of the Waitomo County Council to be held on MONDAY the 17th day of August, 1914: "In the matter of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913." In pur3uance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 15 of the Local Bodies Loans Act. 1913, and amendments thereto, and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Kawa Special Rating Area in the Waitomo County hereinafter described testified by a petition 3igned by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area the Capital Value o? whose pro- : perties as appearing on the Valuation Roll of the said County 13 collectively greater than the Capital Value of the property of the ratepayers who did not so consent the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves by way of a Special Order as follov/3: -That for the purposes of reforming, culverting and "metalling the Kawa road from the County boundary near Kawa railway station to the bridge over the Waipa river and portions of tha Ouruwhero road on each side of the Kawa road, the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £3500 at 4£ per cent, par annum for a period of 36£ years and declares that the costs of raising the aaid loan and the first year's interest on tbe loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised. The Kawa Special Rating Aisa comprises all tbe properties .situated within the following boundaries : Commencing frjm the Waipa at the North-west corner of Kakepuku No. 9B 2D, thence along the North-Wes-tern boundary of the said section to the Mangawhero stream, t!ien3e by the Managwhero stream to th 9 Ouruwhero Road, thenco by the said stream fo the North-West cornercf section Kakepaku No. 8, thence along the North-Eastern boundary of the Baid section No. 8 and sections Kakepuku 9B No. 5, Ouruwhero No. 3E 5, Ouruwhreo No. 3 03 to tha County boundary, thence along the County boundary to the raUway line to the Southern bounary dary of Ouruwhero No. I,thence along the Southern boundaries of sections Ouruwhero No. 1 No. 1A ' and the Southern boundary of a native reserve part of the Southern boundary of section 13 of block xiii., Puniu Survey District, part section 23 block xvi., Pirongia Survey District, Ouruwhero 3P No 2. to the Waipa river, thence'by the Waipa river in a northerly direction to the starling point. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 15 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and amendments thereto, and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Mairoa .' South Special Rating Area in the Waitomo County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourth 3of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area the Capital Value of whose properties as appearing on the Valuation Roll of the said Coimtv is collectively greater than tha Capital Value of the property of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Waitomo County Council hereby by way of a Special Order resolves as follows:—That for the purpose of reforming, culverting, and metalling the Mairoa road from Pio Pio to the terminus of the present metalling from Mairoa township and portion of the Kihikihi road, the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £2OOO at 4J- per cent, per annum for a period of 36J years, and declares that tha cost of raising the said loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the monies bo raised. The Mairoa South Special Rating Area comprises allthe properties situated within the following boundaries: —Commencing at the extreme East of section Kinohaku East 3D No. 5, and running in a straight line to the South-East corner of section Kinohaku , East No. 2 No. 4B No. 1, thus cutting the native block Kinohaku East 3D 3 in half, thence along the Southern , boundary of the said section Kinohaku East No. 2, No. 48, No. 1 and Kinohaku East N0.2 , No. 4B sections 1, 5, 6, 14, Al4 15 and 15A, block viii , Maungamangero, thence by the Western boundary of section 17, block xii., Maungamangero, to tha Kihikihi road, thence along the Kihikihi road in an Easterly direction to the Northwest corner of Kinohaku East 4F No. 3,. thence by the Western, Southern, and Eastern boundary of the said section to the North-West corner of section Kinohaku East 4P No. 2, thence along the Northern boundary of the said section and section Kinohaku East No. 4E to the NorthWest corner of section 13 block xii., Maungamangero, thence along the Western boundary of said section and Bection 14 to the South-Weßt corner
