" WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL "NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER TOTICE is hpreby given that at a \ Special meeting of tha Waitomo County Council, held on the 20th day of July, 1914, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at an ordinary meeting of the Waitcmo County Council to ba held on MONDAY, the 17th day of August, 1914: "In the matter of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 15 of the Local ► Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and amendments thereto and with the consent of tha ratepayers of the Ngapaenga Special Rating Area in tbe Waitomo County hereinafter described, testified by a petition-signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area the Capital Value of whose properties as appearing on the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Value of the propsrtiea of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves by way of a "Special Order" as follows:—That for t e purpose of (reforming, culveriing, nnd metalling the balance of the Ngapasnga road, portion of the Tawarau road, and portion of the Mahoenui Kawhia road on each side of the Ngapaenga road junction) the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan o? £3500 at 4J par cent, per annum for a period of 36| years and declares that the costs of raising the said Loan and the firet year's interest on the Loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised, The Ngapaenga Spacial Rating Area comprises all the properties situated within the following boundaries. Viz.:—Sections 1, 7, 6, 2, 3, 4, and 5, .of Block iii., Mangamangero Survey District; Section 5, Block vii.. Mangamangero Survey District, Section 13, block viii., Mangamangero Survey District; and Section 1, block xv Kawhia South Survey District. P. MORA, County Clerk. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section.ls of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and amendments thereto, and'with the consent of the ratepayers of the Paraheka Special Rating Area in the Waitomo County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths, of the ratepayers in the 3aid Special Rating Area tha Capital Value of whose properties as appearing on the valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Value of the property of tbe ratepayers who did not so consent the Waitomo County Council hereby by way of a Special Order resol?es as follows:—That for the purpose of reforming, culverting, and metalling tha Kumara road, portions of the Kie Kie and Paraheka roads, the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £7500 at 41 per psr annum for a period of 36§ years, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan ana the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised. The Paraheka Spacial Rating Area comprises all the properties situated within the following boundaries:— Commencing at the South-East corner of section 8, block v., Aria Surrey District, thence along the Southern boundary of the said section in a Westerly direction following the County boundsry to tha Mokau river, thence along the Mokau river in a , Northerly direction to the Nortu-West bou'ndary of section Mokau Mohakatino No. lE, thsnce along the Norchern and Eastern boundaries of the eaid section to the Paraheka stieam, thence along the Paraheka stream to tha South-West comer of section II block i . Aria Survey District, thence alone: the Western boundary of sections 11 and 8, to. the Samara road, ■ thence along the Kumara road to toe iunction of the Potaka road, thence •longthe Potaka road to the SouthWert corner of sertion 22, block ix., Totoro Survey District, thence aloiy the Western boundaries of the said section 22, 21, the Southern and Western and Northern boundary of section 17, the Northern buunflary of section 18 to the South-West corner of section 11, all of block ix., Totoro Survey District, thence along the Western boundary of the said section 11 to Ms Aria township, thence along tbe Western and Southern boundaries ot the township to the North-West corner of native block Aorangi, sections No. 1A and 2A, thence along the Northern and Eastern boundary of the said sections and part of Eastern boundary Aorangi part No. 1A No. 2B and along the Northern and Eastern boundary of Crown land 1A No. 1 to the North-East corner of section 1 ' block ii., Aria Survey District, thence along the Eastern boundary of the said sections 1.2, 3. 4 and 6.. of block ii Aria Survey District, sections 2, 5 and 6 of block vi., Aria Survey Di - trict to the Waitewhena road, thence along the said road in Southerly direction to the starting point.
