In the House oE Commons yesterday Mr Roland Hunt, Unionist member for Ludlow, asked Mr Churchill why the Admiralty had failed to carry out thfi 1909 agreement. Mr Cnurchill referred Mr Hunt to his statement on introducing the Estimates an i, added that it was impossible to deal with important issues at question time. Mr Hunt asked whether Australia and New Zealand would not be driven to 3eek protection of another white race unlesa the agreements were fulfilled. g Mr Churchill could not admit that the Admiralty had failed to keep its agreements nor that if there wa3 any difference of opinion it would be likely to alter the relationships of the Dominions and the Mother Land.
