Won bv a length with a length and a half between second and third. Time 3 39. ' Onslow Handicap—Black Lupin 1, Crown Pearl 2, Kew 3. Scratched— Great Mogul. Won by half a length. Time 1.22 3-5 ioi . . Second Ha-k Hunters' Steeplechase —Grit Lawless 1. Waiwetu 2, Mnkiri 3. Scratched—Northern. The winner ltd all the way and won by five lengths. Time 5.59.
