YORK FARM DISPERSAL SALE.

..The sale will take place on Thursday, July 23rd, at York Farm, Marton. The Romney flock (No. 125 New Zealand Romney Breeders' Association Stud Book) was founded by the late Mr W. A. Ellis', and its high standard haa been maintained by extensive purchases from the wellknown flocks of Messrs G. Whseler. Perry, Tanner, Matthews, Bell, Hewitt, Rowland, and File (England). During the last two years it has been very heavily culled. The whole of the purebred ewoß and ewe hoggets have been passed by the inspector of the New Zealand Romney Association. The flock is well-known for its hardy constitution,, aa evidenced by the fact that not a single hogget has died through the winter. The Stud rams clipped last season from 12 to 161bs of wool each, which is sufficient evidence of what may be eipected of their progeny. The purebred Clydesdaleß are of the heavy type, so much in request at the present time, and all are good, honest workers. The purebred Jerseys were purchased at very high figures and although the numbers are few the animals are full of good breeding and very choice. The implements will be found in good repair and fit to go straihgt into work. York Farm ia three and a-hal£ miles fyom Mar ton Junction and one and a half from Cliff Road station.
