TE KUITI GUN CLUB.
Through the generosity of the Colonial Ammunition Company, the To Kuiti Gun Club is now provided with n beautiful trophy in the shape of a dessert stand and this is now on view in Kobinson'a window. The terms of competitions will bo arranged, and olhnr mailers in connection with the Gun Club will bo discussed at a meeting which ia advertised to be hell in the Waitorno County Chambers at 5 o'clock this afternoon, and all who aro interested Bhould be present. In addition to tho local trophy, there are four other large cups—one of which is for intcr-club competition in the. Auckland province. These cupa stand 3ft din high, and are very beautiful pieces of worlcmnnsbip. Other prizes—probably good guns—will be given for the best individual shot in each of the four districts into which for tho purpose of these competitions,the Dominion has been divided. The tcheme is extremely attractive and should command the support of all ehot-gun enthusiasts.
