SUPPLIERS' RESPONSIBILITY
A caße of uniißual interest to the Ohura settlers w»s decided in the Supreme Court at New Plymouth yesterday. When the Ohura co-optative dairy factory was started, Meaara Mills and Sparrow advanced capital to erect the plant and handled the out put of the company. A? collateral Becuritv for the advances the firm was given a joint and soveral guarantee by the suppliers to the factory, and Mills and Sparrow ware no., proceeding against the individual guarantors.
