The retrial of George Johnston, at the Wellington Supreme Court, upon th 9 charge of participating in a riot on November sth, has resulted in the jury disagreeing. The Crown entered a nolle prosequi in this case, and alao in that of Robert Hill, in which the jury failed to agree on Thursday last. Hill was charged with being concerned in a riot in Tarankai street.
