ADMIRALTY READY TO CONSIDER THEM. By Telegraph.—Press Association.- -Copyright London, Thursday. Mr Winston Churchill, in reply to Mr F. Hall, Unionist member for Dulwicb, said that hi had seen the press reports of the New Zealand Premier's speeches on the Anglo-Japanese alliance. If the New Zealand Government desired to make furthsr proposals before the Naval Conference was held, the Admiralty would give attention -to them. .
