ULSTER'S EXCLUSION.
THE NATIONALIST VIEW
By Telegraph..—Press Association.— CoDyrlftflJ
London, Thursday.
Tbe scheme for the temporary exclusion of Übter from the operation of the Home Rule Bill, declared Mr J. P. Farrell, Nationalist M.P. for North Longford, speech at Longford was the resulf of the King's pressure on tne Government. The Government was ready to take the Bisk of suppressing any rebellion by fire and sword rather t'uan consent to the permanent exclusion of Ulster. The outstanding feature in the situation in Ireland is the steadily increasing hostility of the Nationalists to the exclusion nf Ulster.
In view of this Mr Redmond will hardly dare to make further concessions in this direction.
