A very interesting Rechabite meeting was held in the Municipal Hall on Wednesday evening, the occasion being a visit of the District High Chief Ruler, Bro. A. Jenkins, who visited the local Tent on hi 3 return from Wellington, where he had been attending the conference. After the usual business one new member was initiatad. Bro. Jenkins then occupied the chair, assisted by Bros. Webber, C.R., end G. T Hopkins, Secret:ry. Bro. A. Jenkins. H.D.C.R. gave a very interesting address on the business dealt with at the conference. The secretary, Bro. G. T. Hopkins, will be pleased to give any information to any intending members. A juvenila Tent is to be started aa soon as sufficient members offer.
