BREACH OF AWARD.
NOMINAL PENALTY. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PBESS ASSOCIATION. 1 New Plymouth, This Day. A nominal penalty was imposed at the Magistrate's Court on Geo. Goldsworthy, for a breach of the printers award by working overtime. The clause in the agreement provided that no lost time should be made up.
