EXPENDITURE OP VOTE. The following letter in reply to representations made by Mr C. K. Wilson, member for the district, has been received from the Minister of Public Works: — "I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your telegram of the 17th inst. in which vou urge that the vote of £2OO provided on the Public Works appropriations for Tangitu road should be issued immediately, and in reply have to advise you that I have given the necessary instructions.
