THE DAVIS CUP.
WORLD-WIDE ENTRIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. —Oopyrigut New York, Tuesday. The American Davis Cup Committee announced the receipt of a challenge from Germany. Canada has now joined France, Belgium, Australia and England. The committee expressed a hope that all preliminary matches would be played in the United States as being the most suitable meeting ground for all parties.
