OBITUARY.
MRS JAMES COLLINS. Own Correspondent We chronicle with the deepest regret the death of Mrs James Collins, of Aria. Of a kindly and open-hearted disposition, she was esteemed and respected by all that knew her. During her illness, sonmewhat protracted, everybody eagerly sought the news of each day regarding her. Her friends found aome consolation that ahe was receiving the best medicil and nursing attention. She was interred in the Aria cemetery, the Rev. E. S. Wayne officiating at the graveside. It is possibly not too much to say that every house in the district for miles around was represented at thn funeral. All th<3 stores, school, and post office were closed and flags flew half-mast as emblems of repsect. She leaveß a husband and small daughter to mourn their loss,for whom much sympathy is felt.
