- • London, Monday. A Bill has been introduced by Mr Locker Sampson, Unionist M.P. for Salisbury, tu prohibit the traffic in recommendations for titles or honours. When the Bill as put forward on Friday in the House of Cummons it was Q greeted with ironical laughter.
