Nirmolanto Roy, charged with the murder of Colonel Ghose, was heard in camera as the evidence was sensational. It is undertood Roy confessed to the crime. He was also associated with the bomb factory recently raided at Calcutta.
Twelve Barisal conspirators cabled on June 19th, have been sentenced tn terms of from two to twelve years' transportation.
