NEW TREATY MOOTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—CopyrigJit Received Friday, 10.30 p.m. Washington, Friday. High officials connected with the State Department opine the united States and Japan are likely to agree to a new treaty governing the admission of Japanese to the United States. Although Japan bb yet has not requested a new treaty it is believed the next move will be along such lines.
