The Times in a special article on the boxing maintains that the National Sporting; Club would never be allowed to stage a fierht between Johnson arc! Langfnrd. "Johnson's presence would be intolenibln on this famous arena," says the Times. The article suggests that England, Frnneo. and the United States should form an organisation to draw up a code of rules to govern boxing.
