The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report: — CAMBRIDGE SALE. At Cambridge on January sth, heavy fat ewes made 17s, fat cows £5 5s to £6 12s, fresh cows £4 to £4 15s, store cowp £3 to £3 10s. The 360 weaner calves were rather dull of sale. Really good sorts made from 33s to 40s, but the majority were not required. OHAUPO SALE. At Ohaupo on January 6th, ewes made 10s, forward conditioned ewes 12s lOd, two tooth wethers 14s, ewes and lambs, lambs late and ewes poor 7b 9d to 8s 9d all counted, fat cows £5 to £6 18s, three year steers £6 2b, two and a half year steers £5 10s, fresh cows £4 to £4 15s, eighteen months steers £4 to £4 ss, calves 30s to 3 ss, but most of the calves were passed. HAMILTON SALE At Hamilton yards on January Bth, we had a full yarding of stock comprising 132 pigs, 2748 sheep, 227 head of fat cattle, chiefly cows, 230 mixed store cattle, and 354 calves. Piga sold well, weaners 12s to 17s Gel, slips 20s to 30s, porkers 30s to 40s. Pat sheep were not required, a few withers made 19s 6d to 21s, and a few ewes 16s to 17s. Store sheep were in good request, two tooth wethers 14s Id to 15s 9d, two and four tooth wethers 16s 6d, two todth ewes 15s 9d to 16s, forward lambs 12s 6d. store lambs 10s 3d. ■ Fat cattle sold well small steerp £8 2s 6d to £9 10s, fat cows £5 5s to £B, fresh cows £4 10s to £5, store cows £3 to £3 103, eighteen month heifers £3 15s to £4 7s 6d, veal calves 30s to 40s. There was a fair enquiry for good weaner calves at 27s to 355, medium ealveß 20s to 255, Bmaller not salable.
