FLOATING BODY SEEN. [HV TI'XHURAI'IT.—rRKSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, This Day. The captain of the scow Echo reported that when off Sinclair Heads he passed the body of a man floating in the water, but owing to heavy wnather he was unable to pick it up.
