TROUBLE IN MEXICO.
UNITED STATES ULTIMATUM
Mexico City. Monday. The commander of the United States squadron yesterday ordered the Federal and rebel troops around Tampico to cease firing, threatening that, if they disobeyed, he would open fire on both sides. The fighting thereupon ceased. The. British cruiser Berwick confirm's the story. Foreigners are seeking refuge under the guns of the American gunboLt Wheeling.
