Orahiri 1 F section 34, 111 acres 1 rood 20 perches.—Te Ruhi Kahu, £342, upset £2 per acre, two tenders. Taumatatotara ID 28, block 2, Kawhia South survey district, 405 acres 1 rood 30 perches.—Te Ngahere Kerapa, £2 12s per acre, upset 37s 6d per acre, two tenders. Rangitoto Tuhua 67 D, 709 acres.— W. Standish, lease at Is per acre, upset. Rangitoto Tuhua 31 D, etc., 556 acres 0 roods 21 perches—-Corban and McColl, lease at 3s 6d per acre, upset 2s, four tenders. Total.—Five sections sold, aggregating 1433 acres 1 rood 32 perches; two sections leased, aggregating 1265 acres 0 roods 21 perches.
