BOWLING.
The committee of the Te Kuiti Bowling and Croquet Club met in the Chronicle office on Tuesday evening last. A large amount of'general business was put through. New Member.—Mr E. Martin was elected a member. It was resolved that the pain matches for the Julian buckles be handicapped events and played in sections. Resolved that the ferns match teams consist of not more than two A grade and two B grade players. After the general committee meeting the match committee met and decided is follows:—That notices beat once placed in the pavilion inviting nomination for the championship and handicap singles, nominations to close on Monday, December Bth, after which date no nominations will be received, that the Jackson Challenge Cup be allotted to handicap singles.
