TRAFFIC IN BABIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association— Couyrisat Received this day, 9.55' a.m. Melbourne, This Day. Enquiry by detectivea has proved the existence of traffic in babies as a sequel to admissions of several witnesses in the recent maternity bonus cases. The extent of the traffic is unascertained, but evidence has been found in ?even cases where there is no trace of the cbidren's mother.
