Mr Massey says New Zealand admire? and congratulates the Commonwealth on the patriotism and selfsacrifice of its people in assisting the Empire by undertaking ho splendid a contribution to the naval defence of the Southern Seas. New Zealand look* forward to an early opportunity of welcoming the fleet. Mr Borden, Premier of Canada, says he is assured Canada stands shoulder to shoulder with Australia and other Overseas Dominions in the firm rcaolve to safeguard our common heritfif'o.
