RACHEL COHEN AGAIN. [HY Dunedir, This Day. The schooner Rachel Cohen is again in trouble. She left Stewart Island ten days ago for the Macquarries and met voilent adverse gales, which caused her seams to open and forced her to put back to Port Chßlmers for repairs.
