DISRUPTION OF TURKEY.
REVOLT IN ALBANIA. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright Received Friday, 11.15 p.m. Vienna, Friday. Advices from Valoma state Essad Pasha has organised a rebellion against the Albanian Government. He has seized the State treasure and is establishing a rival Government at Durazzo. The chief officials at Durazzo have joined Essad, but the Miridites and Malissori have refused.
