At the Maigtrate's Court on Thursday, in the case. F»-aderaksen v. Guy, in which plaintiff claimed the sum of £1 for a whip, the plaintiff was non-suited. Mr Howarfch appeared for plaintiff and Mr Sharpies for defendant.
