She found both parties at the Macquarries short of provisions and brought seven of Hatch's men back, as well as H. G. Sawyers, the wireless expert of Mawson's party, who is returning for health reasons. Hatch's men make complaints of their treatment, alleging they were under agreement to return in April if th9y chose, but'no ship Jreached the Islands then, and being the off-season no oil could bo obtained. The wireless station has served well and kept up communication with Addo La"d. At the end of the year the Aurora will call, and take on Mawaon'a men to pick up the main party.
