London, Tuesday. Hawker, reached Beadnell at 7.30. There was a fog at Netley, haze at Ramsgate where, travelling steadily the waterplane volplaned down gently and broke the water outside the harbour. There were big crowds on both piers. The breeze was light and the machine moved slowly.
