HALF-YEARLY MEETING. By Tolopi-apu.—l'rcsT Association.-Com Received Tuesday, 10.13 p.m. Sydney, Tuesday. At the half-yearly meeting of the Australian Bank of Commerce the nett profits were shown at £62,153. A dividend of three per cent, wag declared, £IO,OOO was added to the Reserve Fund, and £3999 carried forward.
