A return for the vear ending March 31st states that 407,729 Britishers left the United Kingdom for places out of Europe during the past twelve months. Thi? number includes: Canada, 185.349; Australia and New Zealand, 92,629; United States, 94,176. Sixty per cent, oi the number were males of an age between 18 and 30 Skilled tradesmen formed 32 per cent of the total, labourers 25 per agriculturists 19 per cent., and commercial/and professional men 19 per cent. Jmmigrants to Great Britain numbered 71,275.
