EXPLOITING NORTHERN TERRITORY. By Telegraph.—Press Association—Copyripjlit Received June 6th at 8.30 p.m. Sydney, Friday. J. E. Davenport Lyttelton has purchased through Dalegty and Co. 10,735 square miles of grazing country in the Northern Territory, paying £IOO,OOO deposit. It is reported that he subse quently received an offer whereby he would have cleared £40,000 on the transaction.
