TERRITORIAL CAMP.

TRAINING AT CAMBRIDGE. The Infantry Brigade camp to be held at Cambridge from Friday next ia to some extent already well under way. For the convenience of those who have not been able to attend a sufficient number of drills during the allotted period of training four extra days of training in oamp have been arranged for. There are therefore about 800 men in camp from Monday making up their drill, but the main body of Territorials, to the number of about 3000, will move into camp on Friday next, and will remain under canvas till the following Saturday week.

The advance party went down to Cambridge a few days ago, and all arrangements have been carried out under the supervision of the BrigadeMajor (Captain G. W. Melville) and the Brigade Quartermaster (Captain Meikle). Colonel C. T. Major and his StaffOfficer (Second Lieut. M. R. Reed) left for the camp on Monday. The O.C. District (Col R. Logan) will go down on Friday, and will be present right through the period of training. It is understood that officers commanding districts have received instructions to be present at all camps in their districts, and also to spend the two final days at camp in other military districts. The Te Kuiti contingent under Capt. Price, left for Cambridge on Monday. The Rev. E. S. Wayne, chaplain to the corps, also accompanied the contingent.
