ARRIVES IN LONDON. By Telegraph..—Press Association. —Copyright London, Thursday. The Hon. James Allen, Minister for Finance and Defence in the New Zealand Government, arrived to»day. He was welcomed at Caring Cross station by the Hon. T. Mackenzie, High Commissioner, Sir Joseph Ward, Mr J. C. Wason, M.P. for Orkney, and Dr W. A. Chappie, M.P. for Stirlingshire. Mr Allen said his health had derived great benefit from the voyage over.
