LEVIN SHOOTING CASE.

At the S.M. Court yesterday, John Horrox Whellan was charged with shooting at John Wilkinson. The case arose out of domestic infelicity. Whellan found Wilkinson in his— Whellan's—bedroom. Wilkinson ran out, and Whellan fired at him twice with a revolver. Accused was remanded for a week, bail being allowed in his own recognisance.
