TE KUITI GUN CLUB.

Several sweepstakes were shot for on Saturday afternoon, with results satisfactory to some, at least, of the competitors. The shooting wa3 poor, and members are rather undecided whether the light, the background, or the ditch is to blame, but the balance of opinion inclines to the ditch. ' Six-bird sweeps were won by Messrs Mora two, and Birkett; three-bird sweeps by Messrs Mora and Rothery, one-bird sweep by Mr Rothery. There will be another shoot next Saturday.
