PLOT TO BLOW IT UP. A UNIONIST CONSPIRACY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Copyright Indianapolis, Monday. Plans to blow up the Panama Canal have been divulged by Ortie McManigal, whose confession resulted in the McNamara brothers pleading guilty to wrecking the Los Angeles Times office. Dynamite already in use for canal purposes was to be secured, and a quantity placed in each lock. The motive was the employment of non-unionists by Col. Goethala, director of construction.
