It isfreported by Reuters Constantinople correspondent that the Powers have agreed to a round-table conference, in which tlio Balkan Sates will participate. The Powers have, ho telegraphs approached the belligerents to ascertain on what terms they will cease hostilities. PORTE RE-ADDRESSES POWERS. AMBASSADORS WARNED. Constantinople, Tuesday. The Porte hns re-addressed the Powers, inquiring what progress has been made towards a cessation of hostilities. Kiamil has warned the ambassadors that if the Bulgarians entered Constantinople, the ambassadors, with young and old people, would all die. The ambassadors have recommended each Power to send a third warship.
