SERVIA'S PROGRESS.
KING ACCLAIMED AT USKUB. Belgrade, Monday. It is reported that the Skuptschina next session, passes a Bill annexing the districts of Novi Bazar, Kossovo Kumanovo, Uskub, Veles, Prizrend and Sirab.
At Uskub large crowds acclaimed the entry of King Peter of Servia. The king assured the Turkish inhabitants that they were free to live unmolested under the new regime. The Turks' flight from Uskub was a helter-skelter retreat.
The scum began plundering the town after the troops had fled and fired a depot containing ammunition. Volunteers extinguished the blaze before it, reached the shrapnel. Three million cartridges, five hundred rifles, and seven waggon loads of stores were captured at Mitrovitza. The Servians are within thirty miles of Monastir.
MARCHING TO CONSTANTINOPLE. Vienna, Monday. The Reichspost state forty thousand Servians are pushing forward to strengthen the Bulgarians at Adrianople and enable the latter to join in the march on Constantinople. Previous engagements have made serious gaps in the Bulgarians, which require to be filled to permit them to march to Constantinople in triumph which the victorious army demands. A MONTENEGRIN REPULSE. Vienna, Monday. It is reported that the Montenegrins were unable to hold Taraboach and were dislodged, leaving several guns which they disabled. The Montenegrins burned the Mohammedan villages of Mossi and Missiolini, which were repeatedly attacked. The Turks scored a small success. Constantinople, Monday. According to reliable accounts the Turkish right was meeting with much success, but the commissariat failed, and bad Weather prevented reinforcements landing at the Turkish base at Midia, consequently Mukhtar was compelled to sacrifice the advantage gained. Throughout the campaign the Turkish artillery officers have been amazed at the superiority of the Creusot over Krupp guns. HOSTILITY TO EUROPEANS. Constantinople, Monday. Hostility to Europeans is increasing, particularly among the lower classes. Some workmen's guilds openly boast they have taken a vow to massacre every Christian j£ the Bulgarians enter Constantinople or if Roumelia is severed from Turkey. The police prevented an armed gang marching against the European quarters. The Greek Patriarch has received information of a terrible massacre at Rodozto. WATER SUPPLY CUT OFF. Sofia, Tuesday. A large force has occupied Derkos and cut off the aqueduct upon which the capital is dependent for its water supply. The Bulgarian troops have occupied the region between Chorlu and Chataldja, completely surrounding one Turkish force. Constantinople, Tuesday. The Turks are preparing to defend Chataldja. Asiatic troops aro constantly arriving, and 1500 Circassian horsemen have eanded.
