ARRANGING NEW LOANS. . MINISTER TO GO HOME. [BY TELEGRAPH.— rBKSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, This Day. At the request of the Government, the Hon. J. Allen will visit London at the beginning of the year in connection with Dominion finance, mainly in respect to raising a new loan and renewing loans falling due. He will also study the Old World educational systems.
