LAWN TENNIS.

A committee meeting of the Te Kuiti Lawn Tennis Club was held in Chronicle offics on Thursday evening last. The following were appointed a works committee for the ensuing season:—Messrs Wallace, Semmens and Robinson. Resolved that the necessary fencing be done forthwith. Resolved that the works committee be authorised to. proceed with all necessary work to put the courts in Harder for play. 7 Resolved that all outstanding accounts be passed for payment. Invitations were received from the Hamilton and Taumarunui Clubs to their opening. Resolved that the Te Kuiti Club attend these functions. The secretary and treasruer were authorised to sign cheques.
